Because of its structure and operation, the Xavier Society for the Blind is not required to file a 990 form.
However, to aid donors in evaluating our work and to support the movement towards full transparency in non-profit organizations, the Board of Directors directed that beginning with the 2010 fiscal year, the 990 form will voluntarily be prepared and submitted.
